Forum Maschinenbau was conceived in 2005 as the innovations trade fair for suppliers in the machinery manufacturing industry. Since then, this top quality B2B venue has developed and grown steadily at the heart of the East Westphalia/Lippe machinery manufacturing cluster as the platform where new products and ideas are defined. As well as bringing constructors and planners together to target their expertise, Forum Maschinenbau also builds bridges for communication between existing and new networks. All product groups relevant to machinery manufacturing are represented here, from assembly, handling and automation systems, industrial electronics, machine components, assemblies, materials and tools, through networks, logistics, and product development. Technology transfer is also facilitated through the interface between universities, institutes, publishers, and the media.
